Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calls) Short-Term Contract
Are you an excellent communicator with a positive attitude?
We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative for a short-term contract.
This role is based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
In this position, you'll be making outbound calls to customers from a provided database.
Your main goal is to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers from an established database.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is a plus.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A reliable and professional work ethic.
- Valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is Mandatory.
