Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers with Labouring experience for a well-established client in the Gold Coast region.
The important parts:
* Rotating roster including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and on-call work
* $40 – $48 per hour + super, including all penalties and allowances under construction industry standards
* Stable and consistent shifts with an immediate start available
What you will be required to do:
* This is a hands-on role combining traffic management and labouring duties to support daily site operations.
* Manage traffic flow using a stop/slow bat
* Assist with general labouring and site maintenance
* Set up and pack down traffic control signage and equipment
* Support the team in day-to-day operations
* Always adhere to site safety standards and procedures
To be successful in the role you will:
* Hold a valid Traffic Control ticket (Stop/Slow)
* Hold a current MR driver's licence
* Hold a Construction White Card
* Have previous experience in traffic management and labouring
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Have reliable transport and live within 30 minutes of the depot
* Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety, teamwork, and punctuality
