Job Description

As a Commercial Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving budgeted targets for the retail portfolio. You will utilise category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase brand visibility and sales.

You will present new product developments and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners, negotiate and manage trading terms, conduct performance reviews with key accounts, and oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth and achieve budgeted targets for the retail portfolio.
* Utilise category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand visibility and sales.
* Present new product developments and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.
* Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning.
* Conduct performance reviews with key accounts and analyse trends.
* Oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs to maximise financial performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

You will bring proven sales expertise, with a strong track record in selling, negotiating, and using data-driven insights to develop tailored customer plans that deliver mutual growth and meet both company and customer objectives.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in Key Account Management across both offline and online specialist retail channels.
* Strong project management capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Power BI.
