**Your new role** 
- Be responsible for lead generation and qualification from various sources 
- You will assign leads to sales consultants promptly 
- Provide timely, accurate and relevant reporting for sales channels and marketing on lead management. 
- Carry-out outbound campaigns and appointment generation. Demonstrate the ability to influence behaviour and action across different groups. 
- Develop strong and professional client relationships
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an ambitious and driven individual that is confident in picking up the phone and qualifying calls through in depth probing questioning. You will have an enthusiastic telephone manner with excellent communication skills. You will be self-motivated and confident in striving towards targets. 
- Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, lead generation or telemarketing 
- Experience in working towards Sales KPI and Targets 
- Ability to use strategic selling techniques and secure meeting
**What you'll get in return** 
- Temporary initially with view to go permanent after a few months (depending on performance) 
- Macquarie Park location with flexibility to work from home after the training period 
- Competitive salary of 85k plus super plus commission once you go permanent. Other benefits such as loyalty leave and team lunches. 
- Monday-Friday, Standard Office Hours. Onsite Parking.
