We're looking for a
Finance Specialist
who thrives on accuracy, owns deadlines, and enjoys partnering across the business. You'll support month‑end, keep payables/receivables humming, and contribute sharp commentary that helps leaders make smart decisions
What You'll Do
* Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, monitor aged debt, and flag risks early.
* Accounts Payable: Prepare payment runs and explain large variances; keep suppliers paid on time.
* Bank Reconciliations: Complete weekly reconciliations accurately.
* General Ledger: Post accruals, journals and depreciation; resolve discrepancies before close
* Month‑end Reporting: Support balance sheet reviews and management accounts with clear analysis.
* Intercompany: Process journals and reconcile cross‑entity accounts.
* Sales & Procurement: Assist with quotes and POs, collaborating closely with Finance Manager.
* Tax & Compliance: Prepare BAS/PTRS as required.
* Continuous Improvement: Spot process efficiencies and help implement them
What You'll Bring
* A degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce; CA/CPA/ACCA (completed or in progress).
* Experience with accounting systems (ideally NetSuite) and intermediate/advanced Excel.
* Strength in planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines—with superb attention to detail.
* Clear written & verbal communication; collaborative mindset and comfort with manage their time, work hybrid, and grow through real ownership of outcomes
