Customer Service and Sales Co-Ordinator
We're looking for a new all-rounder to join our office team at Semi Trailer Sales A Customer Service and Sales Co-Ordinator to help with Sales, Advertising and Rental.
Our business has grown to become the largest second-hand Semi Trailer Dealership in Australia with over 550+ trailers in stock at any one time. In addition to our large quantities of trailers for sale, we also have a dedicated rental fleet offering our customers a range of options. We have a purpose-built workshop which completes any works required for Victorian and New South Wales road worthy certificates, modifications, and we also deliver Australia wide.
We pride ourselves in providing quality equipment as well as exceptional service.
This is a permanent full-time position located in Bendigo, with immediate start for the right applicant.
Role:
* Generating and handling sales and rental enquiries via phone, online and in-person
* Quoting, invoicing and closing sales
* Sending, reviewing and finalising rental contracts
* Overseeing rental collections and returns
* Online advertising and marketing
* Managing maintenance and repairs of the rental fleet
* Documenting all enquiries within our company CRM system to record all points of contact with customers and completing any documents necessary to industry standard
* General administration duties
Expectations:
* Experience in sales is desired but not essential
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Fast ability to learn new systems
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, Photoshop, DocuSign, Xero and Square
* Mechanical knowledge is preferred but not essential (heavy transport equipment knowledge would be an advantage)
We run a paperless workplace with digital and cloud based systems. A laptop and iPad will be provided.
We operate between 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and you are not required to work on weekends.
