Key Responsibilities:
* Inherit an established portfolio of clients while also working with newly generated leads
* Build and maintain strong client relationships across superannuation, insurance and investment advice services
* Expand your client base as the business continues to grow through acquisitions and referrals
* Deliver a high standard of personalised client service and ongoing support
* Collaborate closely with internal paraplanning and administration teams to ensure smooth client outcomes
About You:
* Have satisfied the FASEA education requirements
* Bring at least 2 years' experience operating as an Authorised Financial Adviser
* Proficient in using Xplan
* Strong technical knowledge across superannuation, personal insurance and investment strategies
* Comfortable managing inbound leads and guiding new clients through the onboarding process
* Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Thrive in a fast-moving, client-focused environment
* Strong existing client base plus ongoing warm leads provided
