Strengthen important and diverse agribusiness and commercial business banking customer relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth, helping your customers to prosper and grow in this Regional General Manager (GM) role.
- Manage successful agribusiness and and regional commercial customer portfolios and lead business growth strategies
- Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and provide mentorship to team members reporting directly to you
YOU | As Regional GM, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the agribusiness/commercial business banking community and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional businesses. Ideally you will also possess:
- Experience in a similar Senior Relationship Management/GM role
- Ability to lead a successful team with sound experience in business growth and development
- Understanding of regional business needs and attitudes of agribusiness and commercial customers
- Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders
THE ROLE | In this role you will handle a portfolio of agribusiness and commercial business banking customers as well as managing staff reporting directly to you. As a senior team member, you will act as a coach and mentor to the rest of the team and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and oversee business growth strategies. You will be a highly experienced Leader with an end-to-end relationship style skill set.
