Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Invoicing Administrator to join our team. The primary focus will be on the timely processing of invoices from our Service business.
As the first point of contact, you will work with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality of information received on a work order is at an acceptable level and assist with the prompt closure of all invoices in line with invoicing and portal management processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Communication with Service Technicians and agency network to ensure correct paperwork is attached to work orders
* Maintaining up-to-date records in Servicemax system against work orders pending invoicing
* Following up outstanding Purchase Orders to enable invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Confident communication skills with a desire to actively seek solutions to problems
* External invoicing experience in the service business or related industry (not essential)
* Great data entry and time management skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
