Job Title: Global Sales Professional
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team and drive growth in profitability, revenue and market share. As a Global Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing direct sales to customers across assigned territories and/or managing representative agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and foster close relationships with customers and major key accounts, acting as ambassador for the organization.
* Foster close communication with customers regarding their products and support issues.
* Develop and maintain technical proficiency with all products sold (combined portfolio).
* Cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
* Drive growth in profitability, revenue and market share.
* Conduct site visits to observe equipment performance and discuss technologies.
* Represent the organization at trade shows and company events.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of CRM system records.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
* Experience in selling capital equipment and long project sales cycles.
* Capital goods and food industry experience is highly desirable.
* Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
* Present confidently and effectively.
* Demonstrate quality work with high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.
* Persist in overcoming obstacles.
* Identify customer business needs and present solutions.
* Work collaboratively within cross-divisional teams.
