Configuration Controller Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of configuration & data records and traceability associated with RMP-E.
* Providing technical configuration support and data to the RMP-E team
* Managing technical and non-technical data within toolsets
* Managing configuration baselines
* Maintaining configuration definition data applicable to the project
* Supporting the engineering change management process
* Support of Physical Configuration Audit's as required
* Assisting the organisation with the provision of configuration data, their attributes and their validity across the whole lifecycle
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (5 or more years) in Configuration Management or Engineering Discipline
* Experience in a CM Officer role or equivalent
* Experience in managing technical documentation life-cycles
* High level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
* Working knowledge of engineering lifecycles and Configuration Management requirements
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
