THE ROLE
We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mascot NSW. In this role, you'll be a key part of our operations, ensuring every Carbar customer has a seamless experience while helping maintain the quality and readiness of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and professional experience.
* Book vehicles in and out efficiently.
* Complete accurate vehicle condition reports.
* Respond to tier 1 customer enquiries promptly and effectively.
* Conduct regular vehicle audits to maintain fleet standards.
* Deliver and collect vehicles from service or repair agents.
* Clean and prepare vehicles for customer use: wash, vacuum, and stage 1 cleaning (heavily soiled vehicles will be outsourced).
Skills and Qualities We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a service department, fleet, or customer-facing role.
* Full valid manual driver's license held for at least 6 months, with a clean driving record.
* Comfortable with IT systems, web-based applications, and stock management tools.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Automotive experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Ambitious, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
* Team-oriented, reliable, and supportive of colleagues.
