We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Civilmart Corio Pipes team full time, supporting our Sales and Service Excellence functions. Whether you’re an experienced customer service professional or someone early in your career looking to develop, this role offers strong support, training, and long-term growth opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the central point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive accurate information, timely updates, and exceptional service from quotation through to delivery. Working closely with Sales, Production, and Despatch, you’ll help keep projects moving and customers informed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in person.
* Preparing and following up on quotes to support timely conversion.
* Coordinating with Transport and Despatch to ensure on-time delivery.
* Partnering with Sales Representatives on project timelines and requirements.
* Maintaining accurate customer records in internal systems.
* Resolving customer issues with a focus on positive outcomes.
* Purchasing and managing stock levels of resale products.
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and logistics processes.
* Upholding Civilmart’s commitment to safety, teamwork, and service excellence.
What you'll bring

* Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
* A current driver’s licence.
