Delicatessen Manager

Key Responsibilities:



* Assist customers with their purchases

* Maintain stock levels by ordering and replenishing displays

* Prepare products for sale

* Manage staff rosters to meet business needs

* Develop and implement team training programs

* Evaluate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment at all times



Essential Skills and Qualifications:



* Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and merchandise effectively

* Understanding of rostering principles and practices

* Proven experience in managing teams to achieve business goals

* Solid knowledge of best practices in the retail industry

* Excellent customer service skills

* Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and management
