As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Beaumaris
Goodstart Beaumaris is a 67-place centre, proudly rated Exceeding in January, and is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator / Room Leader to guide our intimate Nursery Room community.
We are looking for an inspiring leader to work in our Nursery Room (0–2 years), which accommodates a maximum of 10 children. You will work collaboratively alongside one experienced educator, creating a warm, nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate must be available to work within the centre's operating hours between 6:30am – 6:30pm.

* Has previous experience leading a room or stepping into senior responsibilities
* Demonstrates strong skills in programming, documentation, observations, and daily journals

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
