This position encompasses leading transformation, continuous improvement and advanced 3rd level support and system administration.
This role includes designing, deploying, and maintaining software applications and ensuring security compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of a stable and high performing SOE, troubleshoot and solve fleet-wide performance issues and establish an escalation path for Service Desk and End User Support.
