The OpportunityAs a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you'll oversee a diverse range of intricate family law matters, including: Dispute Resolution – Guiding clients through mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law to achieve tailored solutions.
Divorce & Separation – Advising on legal complexities, limitation periods, and de facto relationship determinations.
Property & Financial Settlements – Managing high-net-worth property disputes, business and trust structures, third-party interests, and superannuation arrangements.
Family Violence – Representing clients in domestic violence cases and intervention order proceedings.
Children & Parenting – Resolving parenting arrangements in the best interests of the child, including for grandparents and other family members.
International Family Law – Handling cross-border family law issues relating to marriage, divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
