About the Role:
As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and seamless service from doors open to lights on.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all day-to-day venue operations
· Lead, train, and motivate a large front-of-house team
· Manage rosters, staffing levels, and payroll budgets
· Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements
· Drive venue performance, sales, and profitability
· Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and safety
· Liaise with DJs, promoters, security, and suppliers
· Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and confidence
About You:
· Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager (nightclub experience preferred)
· Have a current RMLV and Approved Managers license or the ability to obtain one
· Strong leadership and people-management skills
· Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure
· Excellent understanding of nightlife operations and compliance
· Passion for delivering premium guest experiences
· Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
