Executive Assistant to CEO of a Construction Organization

The successful Executive Assistant will have a proven track record of supporting C-Suite leaders in a business setting, with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be confident in Microsoft Office Suite products and functions, as well as strong report writing skills.
As the EA to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the CEO's calendar, ensuring their day runs seamlessly
* Scheduling meetings, appointments, and downtime
* Coordinating team and management meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
* Streamlining administrative processes and taking on additional tasks when needed
* Providing support to the CEO and other team members as required
**Requirements**:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years of experience supporting C-Suite leaders in a business setting
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Confident in Microsoft Office Suite products and functions
* Strong report writing skills
* A proactive attitude and solution-focused approach
