What will you be doing in this role?
Ensure that all invoices are processed as required.
Process annual reconciliations for Payroll Tax and Workcover.
Prepare and submit the Annual FBT report.
Ensure Payroll Tax and Superannuation reports are processed and paid monthly.
Identify, report, and rectify discrepancies.
Reconcile all bank accounts for both Australia and New Zealand.
Reconcile credit card statements.
Enter all creditors and reconcile on the accounting package.
Provide Profit and Loss statements as required for Australia and New Zealand.
Prepare monthly Cash Flow statements, Sales Reports, Asset register, and reconcile overseas supplier statements.
Manage payroll processes.
Essential Skills and Experience Criteria:
Cash Flow Forecasting.
Credit/Debtor Control.
Payroll management.
Overseas Payments processing.
Bank reconciliations.
BAS and PAYG compliance.
Superannuation management.
Payment Summaries and STP reporting.
Payroll tax and Workcover reconciliations.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certificate IV in Finance or equivalent qualifications.
Outstanding administrative skills.
Strong prioritising and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and computer skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and understanding of issue resolution.
This role is full-time on-site.
