We are seeking State Service Supervisors to strengthen our operations in New South Wales and Queensland. These pivotal roles ensure our customers receive exceptional service and technical support while maintaining the high standards that define MULTIVAC.
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting the State Service Manager, coordinating technicians, and delivering solutions that keep our customers' businesses running smoothly. As State Service Supervisor, you will:
* Assist the State Service Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate Helpdesk, Spare Parts Identification, and equipment retrofits/rebuilds.
* Supervise technicians and provide leadership during manager absence.
* Facilitate training programs within the state and nationally when required.
* Support project planning, installations, and customer audits.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for Helpdesk and spare parts queries.
* Provide technical advice and support for service kits and PMAs.
* Coordinate service delivery, breakdown support, and warranty resolutions.
* Identify opportunities for customer training and service agreements.
* Participate in trade shows and industry events.

* Experienced in servicing and breakdown work on packaging equipment.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP or FSM systems.
