What you'll do * Manage and assess logged issues and liaise with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness. * Lead the transition of system enhancements and fixes from the release environment into the production environment (including testing) in a seamless manner; understand the impact of changes to employee pay outcomes and providing heightened support. * Contribute to the support and maintenance of the rostering system in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements. * Recommend the support required for the completion of quality reviews of solutions. * Document system support and maintenance work procedures, workarounds and configuration guidelines ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for user requirements and appropriately comply with recognised Departmental and Government policies and legislation. * Liaise effectively with members from other teams where necessary to ensure successful resolution of issues and delivery of services. * Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure successful resolution of issues and delivery of services. * Develop system specifications in accordance with required standards. About you We are searching for someone who has: * Extensive knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for functional and solution responsibility. * Demonstrated experience in system analysis, solution configuration, second level support, and the implementation of solution change control processes and project activities. * Demonstrated high level ability to analyse business requirements and solve system problems to provide innovative solutions to business requirements. * High level written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and providing consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
