Lead Growth Strategist

This role oversees key partnerships, digital listing tools, and ESG embedding. You will lead national strategies, build a high-performing workforce, strengthen market presence, foster customer-centric thinking, oversee operations, ensure governance, and promote sustainability.

Requirements
* Commercially minded leader with deep agribusiness experience.
* Strong customer orientation, with a commitment to delivering value and innovation.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business/Agriculture or related field.
* Extensive senior leadership experience in wool, livestock, and/or grain industry.
* Demonstrated capability in driving business growth and operational excellence.
* Strategic planning and financial acumen, with deep understanding of performance metrics.
* Proven people leadership, with a focus on mentoring, engagement, and recruitment.
