We are seeking a skilled and dedicated neighbourhood administration professional to join our team.
Job Description
The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support to our teams, ensuring business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This includes managing requests, concerns, and inquiries from internal and external customers, as well as coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood.
* Support and coordinate multiple teams within each neighbourhood
* Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person
* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries
* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
* Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
* Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
* Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to assist senior staff with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (Highly regarded)
* Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
* Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
