Deliver meaningful insights through dashboards that shape program outcomes.
The Opportunity
The Pay Confidence Program is responsible for providing clear, accurate and timely insights that help the University track progress and make evidence‑based decisions. As the Data Reporting Analyst, you will develop the dashboards and reporting tools that bring program activity to life, enabling leaders to visualise employee demographics, analyse population trends, and monitor wave‑based progress metrics.
Working closely with the Program Data and Analytics Lead, you will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensure data accuracy, automate reporting cycles, and provide analysis across areas such as enquiry management, KPI tracking, training completion and mitigation progress. You will work with project teams, senior stakeholders, governance groups and external partners to understand reporting needs and translate them into accessible, intuitive visualisations that support both operational activity and executive visibility.
This role also provides the opportunity to uplift capability across the program by training stakeholders in dashboard navigation, documenting data sources and calculation logic, and supporting the transition of reporting assets to the BAU environment. Your work will directly support high‑stakes decision making and contribute to system‑wide improvements in data maturity.

* Deliver intuitive Power BI dashboards that accurately reflect program status, population metrics and wave progress.
* Automate reporting processes so that weekly and monthly outputs are reliable, timely and consistent.
* Provide clear visualisations and insights that support executive and steering committee decision making.
* Maintain strong data governance by documenting logic, data sources, refresh schedules and reporting assumptions.
* Build stakeholder capability through effective training and support.
