As a Global Account Manager in the Sydney GPS team, you will oversee a portfolio of complex, top-tier GPS clients with a global presence. Your role involves ensuring client satisfaction with GPS products and services, expanding relationships to achieve business growth, and delivering a consistently superior global service experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing liquidity and cash management needs for a portfolio of Multi-National and Local Corporates, maintaining relationships with key influencers in their Treasury and Finance teams.
* Retaining annual revenue from your clients, identifying opportunities for growth and capturing new business.
* Delivering service excellence by identifying and addressing opportunities and risks at local, regional, and global levels.
* Coordinating global service delivery with counterparts across HSBC markets and serving as the central contact for service escalation.
* Reviewing global client activity and solutions to enhance their experience with HSBC.
* Monitoring and guiding the resolution of global and local queries.
* Maintaining a strong understanding of cash management, identifying and managing business or relationship risks.
* Communicating complex product and technical information clearly to clients.
* Ensuring compliance with all internal and external risk metrics.
