Customer Service & Operations Leader


Full-time | On-site role (5 days)

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment with a lot of moving parts. It suits someone who likes being close to the action, setting direction, and making sure things run properly day to day.

You'll be leading a small, capable team and setting the standard around ownership, accountability and execution. The team includes a mix of experience levels, so your ability to coach, guide and lift performance will be key.

A major focus of the role is control and flow. You'll own how orders are managed, how stock is tracked, and how goods move through the operation accurately and on time. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to remove friction, tighten processes and keep things moving.

The business is investing heavily in modern systems and cutting-edge technology, so this role will suit someone who enjoys improving how things are done and getting real value out of new tools.

This is a five-day, on-site position. Visibility and presence matter.

What you'll be responsible for

* Leading and developing a small team in a high-tempo environment
* Setting clear expectations around performance, accountability and service
* Maintaining strong control over inventory accuracy and order flow
* Overseeing the smooth movement of goods from order through to completion
* Working cross-functionally to meet deadlines and commitments
* Driving process improvements and better ways of working
* Acting as a calm, decisive escalation point when issues arise

* Proven leadership experience in an operational or service-driven environment
* Comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities
* Strong understanding of inventory control and order management
* Confident working with systems and new technologies
* Practical, grounded leadership style
* Happy working fully on site, five days a week
