We are seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team, working closely with clients across Australia and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law and be able to provide high-quality advice on all aspects of the employment relationship, including conduct and performance, workforce flexibility, and contracts of employment.
Responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting legislation and industrial instruments for wage and entitlement compliance projects, providing strategic workforce and industrial relations advice, and advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructures.
The successful candidate will also have an interest in business development and legal technology, and be commercially astute and able to talk about the law in a practical way.
