Competitive salary and benefits * Salary between $4912.70 - $5286.40 per fortnight (HP4). * 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. * Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%. About your opportunity This senior role provides high-level clinical leadership within the Townsville Rehabilitation Unit, overseeing complex caseloads and mentoring HP3 therapists, assistants, and students. You will lead service improvement initiatives, contribute to research, and deliver specialised occupational therapy services in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Requirements * Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration. * Demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation and ability to manage complex caseloads. * Roster: This position is required to participate in the 6-day Rehabilitation service on a rostered basis. * Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. * Ability to contribute to research and quality improvement activities. * Vaccination requirements for VPD risk roles apply. * A probationary period may apply.
