About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong background delivering infrastructure-focused initiatives such as software deployments, technology uplifts, ICT fitouts, office relocations, and cabling-related work. You'll be someone who thrives on partnering closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Leading end-to-end management of medium to large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Developing and maintaining realistic project and quality plans, and providing accurate, timely progress reporting to stakeholders.
* Engaging and consulting with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, requirements, and deliverables are well understood and successfully achieved at each phase.
* Maintaining regular communication with project team members to identify issues early, recommend solutions, and escalate when necessary.
* Providing strong leadership to the project team and taking corrective action when performance falls outside agreed tolerances.
* Encouraging open communication across stakeholder groups, and using feedback to support understanding of upcoming service, product, or system changes.
* Applying established processes to identify, assess, and document project risks, including probability and business impact.
* Managing project budgets, including preparing updates for the Program Manager, Steering Committees, and Executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Extensive experience delivering end-to-end project management for medium to large projects.
* Strong background managing infrastructure projects, including understanding of underlying technologies and cabling standards.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and prepare financial reporting for senior stakeholders.
* Experience working within a multi-vendor service delivery environment.
* Understanding of managed services contracts.
* Significant hands-on experience in IT project planning and implementation.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, service providers, and industry partners.
* Experience collaborating effectively with third-party ICT suppliers.
* Proficiency with MS Project and similar project management tools.

Prefered Qualifications

* Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 or equivalent.
* ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline (desirable).
