Commercial Lawyer - Mining Assignment
We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join us on a 9-month assignment based in Perth. This opportunity will see you advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance and joint venture work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5-10 years PQE gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house with strong legal training. You should also be experienced in commercial and corporate law, client-centric and commercially-minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients in the mining industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
