The Role
* Provide high-quality care and education across various rooms and age groups
* Support daily routines and learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Work collaboratively with permanent educators and centre leadership
* Be flexible to work across multiple Bright Steps Academy locations as required
About You
* Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or be currently studying
* Have a genuine passion for working with children aged 0-6 years
* Be reliable, flexible, and adaptable across different centres
* Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
* Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
