Your Role Will Include
* Assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
* Supporting clients with quadriplegia to live safely and comfortably
* Providing positive, respectful companionship
* Encouraging independence and empowering clients to meet their goals
* Keeping accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals
What You'll Need
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (required)
* Experience in disability or aged care
o Bonus if you have experience supporting paraplegic or quadriplegic clients
* Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Up‐to‐date vaccinations as per Australian Immunisation Handbook
* NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working With Children Check
* Full Australian working rights
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
