The Opportunity

The Digital Product Specialist plays a key role in shaping and optimising HMCA's digital ecosystem, overseeing the development, enhancement and performance of core digital products including the brand website, owner's portal and retailing tools such as Click to Buy and Stock Locator.

This role drives continuous improvement across usability, design, content and conversion, ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers a seamless and customer centric experience. Working closely with digital agencies, dealer website providers and internal stakeholders, the Digital Product Specialist manages platform operations, technical enhancements, data integrity and feature implementation. The position also contributes to strategic decision making by monitoring industry trends, conducting competitor benchmarking and providing insights that inform future digital roadmaps, ensuring Hyundai remains at the forefront of digital innovation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital product solutions across the brand website, owner's portal and associated platforms (e.g., Stock Locator, Click to Buy).
* Drive enhancements to usability, design, content quality and conversion performance across Hyundai's digital ecosystem, ensuring platforms meet evolving customer expectations and business needs.
* Implement and refine SEO strategies to strengthen organic search visibility, improve WebQC performance and support overall digital acquisition goals.
* Coordinate with digital agencies to ensure timely completion of service desk tickets, platform enhancements and technical fixes.
* Partner with dealer website providers to maintain accurate, compliant and up to date content across the dealer network's digital channels.
* Ensure all digital product related budgets, vendor costs and expenditure commitments are accurately processed and tracked through Hynet.
* Conduct bi annual competitor benchmarking across corporate and dealer websites to identify opportunities for differentiation and digital excellence.
* Monitor emerging digital technologies, tools and trends to ensure Hyundai remains at the forefront of digital product innovation and customer experience.
* Provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision making and future digital product roadmaps.

Key Relationships

You are reporting to the Digital Manager.

* This position has no direct reports.
* This position interacts with several other departments, including ICT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Aftersales to consult on various aspects of strategic business and connectivity development.
* This position interacts with several external parties including Suppliers, Vendors, Dealerships, representatives from Local, State and Federal Government Departments, regulators, market research and advertising agencies.

About You

* 2-5 years' experience in digital marketing applications.
* Experience in website CMS, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
* Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
