About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead our compassionate team in a modern aged care home located in the heart of Bendigo’s southern corridor. This role is essential for fostering a close-knit community and delivering person-centred care. We encourage local candidates or those genuinely willing to relocate, as a connection to the local community is vital for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
In this full-time role, you will:
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
* Act as a clinical resource for staff, providing clinical education.
* Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes.
* Develop care plans in line with new standards.
* Manage clinical documentation with pride and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone who is empathetic and has experience in aged care. The ideal candidate will have:
* A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
* Leadership experience in clinical care.
* A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
* Australian working rights- NO sponsorship
* Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC.
