Job Opportunity:
This role offers a great chance to become part of a culinary team as a Commis Chef. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and maintaining impeccable standards.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency
* Complete all mise en place for relevant menus
* Support the kitchen brigade and collaborate with other departments
* Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in all work areas
* Monitor food costs and contribute to revenue targets
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
* NVQ Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) or equivalent qualification
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Team player with a passion for learning and culinary excellence
