International Tech company seeks Technical Writer to work Localization-Focused writing assignmements. Overview Looking for an experienced Technical Writer with strong localization experience to join our documentation team. This role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality technical content while supporting localized workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with structured authoring tools, version control systems, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation for software products. Support and help drive localization workflows for documentation, including preparing content for translation and collaborating with localization teams and vendors. Write documentation with internationalization and localization best practices in mind. Work within a Git-based documentation workflow, including repositories hosted in Bitbucket. Track documentation and localization work using Jira. Author and manage content using structured authoring tools (such as Adobe RoboHelp) Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and localization stakeholders Qualifications: Experience working as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation-focused role. Demonstrated, hands-on experience with localization of technical documentation. Strong understanding of writing documentation for translation (clarity, consistency, reuse). Experience working with issue tracking and workflow management tools such as Jira. Comfort working with structured authoring tools (e.g., RoboHelp or similar).
