About the role
As a casual Youth Worker, you’ll provide trauma-informed care and support to children and young people in our Out of Home Care program. Your role is to help them heal, grow, and build a brighter future - and no two days are ever the same!

Duties
* Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people
* Help with personal care, education, social activities, and independent living skills.
* Create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment.
* Offer trauma-informed and positive behavior support when challenges arise
Skills and experience
* A Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services (or willingness to enroll—we can connect you with government-funded training options!)
* A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* An NDIS Workers Screening Check
* A National Police Check (we’ll complete this for successful applicants).
* A valid open driver’s license.
