Your Role in Our Journey
As a PMO Analyst, you will be at the heart of our Program Management Office, coordinating the Council's annual capital projects program across Transport, Parks & Open Space, Stormwater, and Buildings infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing robust processes, tools, and systems that ensure effective monitoring, measurement, and reporting of project delivery.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the evolution of our Project Management Framework, driving improvements and ensuring high standards of project delivery. You'll engage with project teams and senior stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships, enhancing project outcomes. Your analytical skills will be key in providing project budget and progress management and reporting across both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, ensuring that we stay on track and within budget.

- Degree qualifications in a related discipline such as construction, commerce, project management, or quantity surveying.

- Package: $107,000 - $119,000 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant)
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement. Opportunity is expected to be available for up to 12 months.
