We’re growing our team in Hobart, Tasmania and are seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team.
About the Role
As a valued member of the Back2Work team, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical and vocational interventions to help individuals overcome psychological, physical or social barriers to employment.
* Provide evidence-based support services including individual assessments, work-focused CBT strategies, rehabilitation planning, and employability coaching.
* Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions designed to build resilience, motivation and work readiness.
* Work collaboratively with employment service providers and local support networks to deliver integrated care solutions.
* Monitor, report and communicate client progress, outcomes and next steps.
Who We’re Looking For
Applications are welcome from experienced professionals who:
* Hold relevant qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or similar allied health disciplines.
* Are registered (where applicable) with national professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, AASW) and hold valid working rights in Australia.
* Have excellent interpersonal, communication and clinical assessment skills.
* Are committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
* Thrive in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
