About the Opportunity
Two market-leading Partners in the Business Services division are looking for a motivated, technically strong, Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a split role, encompassing compliance & advisory work, for a diverse portfolio spanning various industries including healthcare, NFPs & mining, with client turnovers of up to $100 million.

Key Responsibilities
Support workflow strategy for both onshore and offshore teams
Contribute to strategic advisory work, including building forecast models
Build long-term client relationships and expand your professional network
Prepare financial statements, BAS/IAS lodgements, provide accurate and relevant tax guidance
Some review of compliance work completed by junior team members
Join Partners for in-person client meetings and progressively run your own
Skills and Experience
3+ years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
Experience servicing clients with turnovers of $5 million or more (healthcare or mining experience is a bonus)
CPA/CA qualified or near completion is ideal but not mandatory – experience is the priority
Strong client relationship skills and growth-oriented mindset
