We are seeking someone with recent experience as an Executive Assistant within the Victorian Government and a valid Working with Children Check (Employee).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries, calendars, emails, and records effectively.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and distribute them accordingly.
* Action invoices, quotes, and administrative requests promptly.
* Prepare reports, briefs, and correspondence on complex issues clearly.
* SUPPORT contracts, service agreements, and project administration efficiently.
Key Skills:
* MUST HAVE: Recent experience as an Executive Assistant within the Victorian Government.
* MUST HAVE: Valid Working with Children Check (Employee).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work collaboratively with teams.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
