Enterprise Sales Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our engagement with enterprise customers across NSW, Queensland, and ACT.
This role is based in Sydney with an expectation to work between Thales sites and the customer, with some travel required.
About the Role:
* Own a high-profile portfolio of enterprise and government accounts in the designated regions, consistently delivering on sales and revenue targets.
* Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address the unique needs of enterprise customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.
* Manage every stage of the sales process from prospecting to deal close, over short sales cycles, while nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Act as a trusted advisor at executive level, positioning Thales as a trusted partner in digital security.
* Accurate forecasting, strategic account planning, and data management via Salesforce CRM.
* Partner closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients.
About You:
* Well-rounded sales skills set across both account management and winning new business.
* Proven ability to deliver results in enterprise sales, with a focus on cybersecurity technology solutions.
* Sound understanding of the local enterprise customer landscape.
* Consistent record in exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A strategic, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
