Scope of the Role
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading the company\'s marketing strategy to strengthen brand recognition, client retention, and revenue growth. You\'ll oversee integrated marketing initiatives, leverage digital platforms, and create high-impact campaigns that support both lead generation and the enrichment of existing client relationships. This position also includes a new customer care function aimed at maximising revenue and building stronger client connections.
Successful Applicants
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar marketing role. Experience in financial planning or accounting sectors a plus
* Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing, SEO, CRM systems, and project management tools.
* Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to empathize with clients and understand their financial goals.
* Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching, and developing team members.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
