Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of reception, including responding to incoming calls and emails
* Process and distribute mail and documents efficiently
* Provide administrative support with banking, accounts payable, and lodgements
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

* Strong organizational and time management abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
