We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the smooth running of our operations.

The Role
As our Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative functions of the business are carried out efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with certifiers and the broader team to support project delivery and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative and office support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
- Prepare, process, and file certification documents
- Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinating appointments
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Support the team with reporting and compliance requirements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be organised, adaptable, and have strong communication skills. A background in the building/construction industry or professional services is desirable but not essential.

Skills & Attributes:

- Previous experience in administration or office support
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and professional approach
