ABOUT THE ROLE
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed their service expectations. We want you to wow every customer and make their visit to Spendless an experience to remember. The most important people in Spendless Shoes are our Store Sales Team. You are the first point of contact with our most important asset, the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Achieve sales budgets.
* Maintain company merchandising standards.
* Rotate and present our product.
* Administer and implement company procedures.

ATTRIBUTES
* Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role.
* Preferred supervisory experience (not essential).
* Cash handling/EFTPOS experience.
* Stock handling, replenishment, and merchandising knowledge.
* Understanding of sales budgets & KPIs.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Enjoy a fast‐paced, challenging work environment.
* Motivation to be successful.Outstanding communication skills.
* Confident and friendly.
* Passion for fashion footwear.
