Partnership Development Lead
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape and evolve our third-party service provider management approach, ensuring strategic enablement, commercial value, and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will be at the forefront of embedding a robust framework for third-party engagement, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across the organisation to enhance operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
* This role involves developing and continuously improving our Service Provider Selection and Management Framework, supporting senior managers in vendor selection and procurement, assisting in the full lifecycle of service providers, driving risk mitigation strategies, and coordinating reporting to regulators and stakeholders.
About You
Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and third-party risk is essential. Deep knowledge of APRA Prudential Standards, especially CPS 230 and CPS 234, as well as strong expertise in contract negotiation, vendor agreements, and lifecycle management are required.
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, proficiency in vendor management systems, procurement software, and data analysis tools, and a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and regulatory excellence are necessary for this role.
