About the Role:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes-Benz team in Warwick Farm.

To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

What the role entails:

- Customer Engagement & Enquiries:
Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.

- Lead Management & Follow-Up:
Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.

- Sales & Target Achievement:
Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.

- Product Knowledge & Promotion:
Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.

What we are looking for:

- Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals
- A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
- A self-motivated team player who's ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way
