*Title: Digital Delivery Manager*
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney (Hybrid – 3 days on site)

Contract: 12 Months (with strong potential for permanent) About the Role The Digital Delivery Manager will be embedded in an agile cross-functional squad, leading delivery of sales-critical projects such as SIM plan updates, device launches, campaign activations, legal copy updates, and platform enhancements. You will work closely with Product, Design, Development, Testing, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure digital initiatives are delivered seamlessly, on time, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management & Execution
* Lead end-to-end delivery of digital features and BAU tasks across Small Business sales pages (SIM-only, device PDPs, plan tables).
* Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Track timelines, escalate blockers, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and with quality.
* Maintain JIRA boards and Confluence documentation for transparency and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Align with Design (Figma), Developers, Testers, and BAs on technical feasibility and delivery requirements.
* Coordinate legal copy updates and ensure timely approvals.
* Partner with Marketing and Product stakeholders to align delivery timelines with commercial priorities and regulatory obligations.
Quality, Risk & Reporting
* Monitor and improve delivery velocity and quality benchmarks.
* Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
* Provide regular delivery status updates to stakeholders.
Release Management & Risk Coordination
* Coordinate releases across dev, testing, legal, and business teams for stable and timely launches.
* Ensure alignment with change windows and outage planning.
Skills & Experience Required (Essential):
* 4+ years delivering digital projects in fast-paced Agile environments.
* Proven experience leading eCommerce delivery across BAU and feature launches.
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), AEM (6.3/Cloud), proprietary CMS, and backend systems (product databases, ERPs, APIs).
* Strong ability to coordinate delivery across Marketing, Legal, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams.
* Experience managing release-critical programs under tight commercial windows.
* Deep understanding of Agile delivery, project management, and delivery tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
* Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills.
Desirable:
* Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
* Background in telco, digital services, or regulated industries.
* Experience in both B2B and B2C digital environments.
* Familiarity with large corporate or global matrix teams.
